PROF. RUSSELL D'SOUZA President (Australia)

He is currently the Executive Director Global Operations Totem International Institute of Organizational Psychological Medicine. He has developed the paradigm shift in positive human resource management with the evidence based science of Total Human Capital Management Solutions (THCMS). Applying the THCMS science in programs that have been developed and tested on health care work force in Australia and UK. He has over 50 publications in peer reviewed journals and has contributed to chapters in books.

PROF. LAKSHMI YATHAM Vice President (Canada)

Dr. Lakshmi Yatham is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia and is the Regional Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Vancouver Coastal Health and Providence Healthcare. He is also the Regional Program Medical Director for Mental Health and Addictions for the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in bipolar disorders and for translation of research into clinical practice. The CANMAT guidelines for bipolar disorder developed and updated under his leadership are widely used by clinicians to manage patients with bipolar disorder. He heads the CANMAT bipolar group and was the past president of the international society for bipolar disorders.

PROF. E. MOHANDAS Treasurer (India)

Dr. E. Mohandas,MBBS,MD, Psychiatrist, Chief Consultant in Psychological Medicine working at Sun Medical and Research Centre, Thrissur, Kerala, India.He has served Indian Psychiatric Society as Chairperson of Biological Psychiatry Section, CME Chairperson and Chairman-Awards. Also, served as the Editor, Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine, Kerala Journal of Psychiatry, CME Chair of South Zone of Indian Psychiatry Society, President of IPS-Kerala State Branch, President of Indian Association of Private Psychiatry and President, South Asia Forum for Mental Health-Indian Chapter.

PROF. RAJESH NAGPAL Assistant Secretary (India)

Dr. Rajesh Nagpal is a Psychiatrist with almost two decades of clinical experience. Currently a private practitioner, he is the Vice President of Indian Association of Private Psychiatry, and Vice President, Indian Association of Biological Psychiatry. He is involved in continuing Medical Education & Professional Development. His current research projects include an international Biotechnology project (Genetic susceptibility in schizophrenia).

PROF. RAJIV TANDON Chair Scientific Committee (USA)

Rajiv Tandon, MD, is the Chief of Psychiatry in the Program of Mental Health at the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. In addition to his medical degree, he has a Master's degree in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis from the University of Michigan School Of Public Health and a diploma in Business Administration from the Harvard University Business School

Dr. Tandon has authored more than 250 scientific publications, and given over 600 national and international scientific presentations.

He has received several awards for research and teaching in schizophrenia, including the American Psychiatric Association Young Psychiatrist Researcher of the Year award in 1993 and the in 1997 Future Psych award for outstanding achievement in schizophrenia research. He has been included in every edition of THE BEST DOCTORS IN AMERICA since 1995.

PROF. DINESH ARYA - Chair Governance (Australia)

Dr Arya is a practicing psychiatrist and Executive Director of Hunter New England Mental Health Service in New South Wales. He is also with Hunter New England Local Health District's Innovation Support Unit and has conjoint academic appointment with Faculty of Health, University of Newcastle. A Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, Fellow of Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and Fellow of Australian College of Health Service Executives.

He is also a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He is President of the Indo Australasian Psychiatry Association and an Executive member of the Indo Global Psychiatry Initiative.

PROF. SHAILESH KUMAR Editor (New Zealand)

He graduated from Calcutta Medical College in India. He holds a Diploma in Psychological Medicine from University of Ranchi, India &Diploma on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from St George's Hospital and Medical School, London. He's a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists in Master of Philosophy from University of London. Also, Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

Served as a Clinical Director of Mental Health Services in Rotorua till 2006. Attached to University of Auckland and Waikato Clinical School as an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor. He has more than 45 publications in peer reviewed journals and have written chapters in text books.
